The staff accommodated a dietary requirement with fresh, nut-free thai dishes. this attention to detail enhanced my experience. daily room cleaning included thoughtful touches such as nightly macarons. It proved excellent.
the room faced the blue mountain market, so live shows at night created significant noise.

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful . the hotel offers an app, and i booked a day trip to phi phi islands using it.
the pool size seemed small to me. breakfast quality could be better, as the thai food from the menu was not good.

the hotel boasts beautiful design with a pool accessible from my balcony. friendly staff, especially jane, benzy, and tia, enhanced my visit. the rooftop has a larger pool and bar, a great place for sunbathing. i stayed for seven nights.
